Were the changes in the French Government inevitable? Why or why not. Yes, if they had a better ruler that was more prepared to take over and if that ruler cared and listened to his people, things could have change. People would not go to the extreme of killing each other over a piece of bread.
What changed in 1789? It changed from a debate on new taxes to an effort to reform the entire political system of France.
What made the members of the Third Estate dissatisfied? The people of the Third Estate had to pay high taxes and they had little political power
